If there is one good thing about the Covid-19 pandemic is how it brought people together. We started walking more around the neighborhood, work out more often and interacted with neighbors we never knew we had. We used to be so busy with our lives, work, kids school, activities, etc, that we never stopped to greet our neighbors or get to know them.
During lockdown, thank goodness ours only lasted 4 weeks, we got to meet our neighbors and came up with a wine club. Every month one of us hosts a happy hour where we serve different wines, hours d’oeuvres, the kids hang out together and we get to WHINE about life! Ha.
This month it was our turn to host it and we introduced a lot of different Portuguese wines and cheeses.
