After five and half months of extensive work, engineering drawings, revisions, 9 permits, endless inspections and a GC disappearing on us, our flip is finally done!
If it weren’t for the GC debacle, we would have been done in 4 months but hey, it’s part of the game. We couldn’t be happier on how the house turned out and is now listed on the MLS. We are hosting our first Open House this Saturday and excited to hear everyone’s feedback!
