This year was an emotional 4th as it was the last one in this house. I had to wipe my tears a few times and focus on what’s coming next. We have some wild plans and although we had some amazing memories here, we are ready to move on and create new ones.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t invite friends or family as most of us were recovering from this cold/flu going around, but we made the most of it. I made sure we still barbequed hotdogs, burgers and served apple pie. Trying to keep it as traditional as possible.
